Maintenance Day Care

This programme promotes ‘ageing in place,’ offering support for seniors to stay at home while receiving essential care, reducing the need for hospital stays.

Dementia Day Care

Specialised support for seniors with dementia, including assistance with daily activities and care for behavioural and psychological symptoms.

Friends of Dementia

This initiative fosters dementia-friendly communities, offering Go-To Points where disoriented seniors receive assistance, identification, and are safely reunited with their families.

Respite Day Care

Provides short-term care to give fulltime caregivers a break, either in the senior’s home or at a care facility, from a few hours to a few weeks.

CarerSupport@Centres

Resources and training for caregivers to enhance their ability to care for elderly family members at home.
