As we enter and leave 2025, we complete a milestone in our strategic planning journey. The three-year roadmap we charted at the end of 2022 has taken calculated turns as we navigated the ever-changing eldercare landscape. Yet, every challenge strengthened our resolve.

Review & Evolve
In 2025, SASCO continued strengthening its community care ecosystem through expanded Active Ageing Centres (AACs), enhanced senior care services, and strategic initiatives focused on ageing-in-place support.
Looking ahead to 2026, SASCO will continue evolving its care model through stronger outreach, rehabilitation services, technology-enabled programmes, and innovative community partnerships to help seniors age actively and independently.
The Way We Care
SASCO continues to strengthen its person-centred approach to eldercare through holistic programmes, dementia care innovation, and community-based support services that help seniors age with dignity and independence.
In 2025, SASCO expanded its Integrated Community Care Provider (ICCP) initiatives, enhanced dementia care through the Butterfly Approach, and strengthened partnerships across the community to deliver more seamless, coordinated support for seniors and caregivers.

Timeless Hopes, Endless Dreams
A meaningful mixed-media community art installation celebrating the memories, creativity, and aspirations of seniors. The project brought together participants from different centres to express their stories through art, collaboration, and shared experiences.
Community Appreciation Day
A heartfelt celebration honouring the volunteers, partners, and community members who continue to support and uplift seniors through care, companionship, and meaningful engagement activities throughout the year.
Other Events
From workshops and outings to intergenerational activities and special celebrations, SASCO organised a wide range of programmes that encouraged active ageing, social interaction, learning, and community bonding among seniors.
